Test 5.6 Simple IP Intra-PDSN Hand-off, Mobile Station in Dormant State

This test verifies the successful Simple IP handoff between PCFs on the same PDSN while the mobile station is in the dormant state. The Intra-PDSN handoff will result in a continuation of the same PPP session and no mobile IP registration with the HA.
