Test 4.1 Successful PPP Negotiation and Termination

This test verifies that the mobile station and PDSN/FA can successfully negotiate a PPP session when initiating a Mobile IP call. This test verifies the mobile station will not include an IP-Address Configuration Option in the IPCP Configure-Request and the PDSN shall not assign an IP address to the mobile station in IPCP. This test also verifies the mobile station can successfully terminate the PPP session. The wireless device must be set to Mobile IP mode.
