Test 3.3 Simple IP Establishment with PAP

If the mobile station supports using PAP and can be configured to prefer PAP instead of CHAP, this test verifies the proper operation of Simple IP with PAP authentication. The wirless device must be set to originate the data call in Simple IP mode.
