Accuracies in wattage mode: ±0.5% in ranges 1 through 4, ±1% in range 5; dBm mode: ±(0.02 dB +0.001 dB/ºC) in ranges 1 through 4, ±(0.04 dB ±0.001 dB/ºC) in range 5; dB (REL) mode: ±(0.02 dB ±0.001 dB/ºC) in ranges 1 through 4, ±(0.04 dB ±0.001 dB/ºC) in range 5.
