SCI and Agilent Technologies announce Mobile IP connectivity for the E5515C Communications Test Set
Software Concepts continues to develop and update its test products. We now offer cdma2000 Mobile IP connectivity and protocol test tools for the Agilent E5515C (8960) platform. Basic Mobile IP connectivity is provided by the MIP-5800 model while more advanced protocol test features are found in the MIP-5850 model. A set of 3GPP2 C.S0037 based conformance scripts are also available for the MIP-5850 to test mobile devices.
SCI continues to offer its Mobile IP connectivity and protocol test solution for the Racal Instruments 1X-AIME Test System
Racal Instruments Wireless Solutions (RIWS) is now an Areoflex company. SCI continues to provide its MIP-3303 Mobile IP network simulator for the RIWS 1X-AIME test system. A set of 17 conformance scripts are available to run on the 1X-AIME controller to provide a fully integrated test solution. Conformance scripts are based on the 3GPP2 C.S0037 standard.
V4.0 ScriptCase provides improved token replacement for script generation
ScriptCase has been enhanced to provide an alternate "token parameter" replacement option for script segments. This new feature lets more advanced users insert any kind of parameter or code into their script. Previous versions only allowed simple parameter values to be set. ScriptCase can be purchased as a stand-alone tool for general purpose script generation or can be combined with the 1X-AIME ToolBox to provide over 600 predefined script operations for the Racal Instruments' C-AIME and 1X-AIME test systems.
